Loving kindness is a meditation of care, concern, tenderness, friendliness, and goodwill – a feeling of warmth for oneself and others. The practice is the softening of the mind and heart, an opening to deeper and deeper levels of the feeling of kindness and of pure unconditional love.

The practice of loving kindness offers benefits for ourselves as well as for others. Research has shown that the practice of loving kindness increases positive emotions, reduces chronic pain and emotional tension, increases our social connections, and deepens the quality of our relationships with others.

This series is open to all levels of meditation practitioners, including those who are just beginning their journey into meditative practices.

Held at OneTree Yoga in Euclid, OH - in the Shore Cultural Centre, Room 227 (2nd floor), 291 E 222nd Street (Intersection of Lakeshore Blvd, 222nd and Babbitt Road). Park in the front of the building (North side).

$30 for the series or $7 drop-in for a single class

Dawn Miller, E-RYT is a Meditation Instructor, Yoga Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher and has maintained a personal meditation practice for over 10 years. Dawn teaches meditation at corporations, hospitals, and studios in the NE Ohio area. She draws upon several meditative traditions in her teaching, with an emphasis on making the practices accessible and understandable to all levels of practitioners.

If you're ready to let go of stress, exhaustion, & tension, join us for relaxation and restoration of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Breathe deeply and be nourished in restorative yoga postures, with the body fully supported by cushioned bolsters and blankets.

Let go of the outside world and merge with peace and stillness within during the guided meditation (yoga nidra) practice.

$30 per person. No prior yoga experience is needed for this class. Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
